We wanted to take the Pacific Coast Highway (U.S. Highway 101) South through California, except we wanted to go around San Francisco. We left Bend, OR, and headed West to Eugene and then started South back to California. Where did we stay and what did we do? Two highlights were eating delicious, super fresh Dungeness Crab, and snowshoeing at Crater Lake National Park.

Our route took us around Olympic National Park, through Portland, past Mount Hood, and ended in Bend, Oregon. Where did we stay and what fun did we have? Highlights included two great boondocking spots and unique things to do in Bend.

Our adventure took us from Yellowstone National Park to Glacier National Park in Montana and ended in Port Angeles, Washington. Which route did we take? Where did we stay? Highlights included free overnight RV parking with free electricity and a beautiful drive on North Cascades Highway.
