Hanging out in the desert!

Scottsbluff, NE. Visited the Old West Balloon Festival twice at 5am to watch them go up at sunrise but weather thwarted us both times. Same for the evening show! We did get to see them blow up a couple of the balloons tho. Also visited Scotts Bluff N

State 47: first day in Nebraska at Lake McConaughy. Really enjoying it here, and it’s busy! So many people tent and RV camping right on the beach. Water is a perfect 75, we will be back!

After being stationary in San Diego for four months, Nacho has had some rough days transitioning back to life on the road. Today was one of those days so lots of snuggles were given.

Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, AZ. Pluto was discovered here! We got to observe the sun through a telescope but the weather didnt permit any other stargazing.

Step 1 in incepting your cat to like his new cat carrier: put a bed in it and his favorite toys so he thinks it’s a “safe” space. 😅

Finally made it to Hidden Beaches here in Blythe, CA. Got the riverfront spot for a month. Rained out first day but now it is so nice! Pulling out the smoker even :)

We drove 300 miles each way to catch this launch! Totally worth it! Go Starship!

Finen Maple Products is our Harvest Host. We picked up some maple syrup (regular and butter rum), maple cream, and their pancake mix. Yes, we made pancakes for lunch! 😂
